1. Membership Terms
The membership year shall be one year from the join date and is subject to approval. When your associate membership
application or renewal is submitted, you are making an offer to join IA&B which, if accepted by us, will result in a
legally binding contract. A legally binding contract is formed when IA&B accepts your application or renewal.
If you cancel your partnership within 14 days of submitting your membership application, we will refund any membership
fee that you have paid in the last 14 days. There is no refund allowance, part or in full, after this time.
2. Resignation and transferring of membership
Membership dues are non-refundable. An associate member partner may resign by filing a written resignation with the
Association, signed by the organization’s primary contact. Such resignation shall not relieve the member of any dues or
charges which have theretofore accrued and remain unpaid. Membership, and any rights and benefits arising therefrom, may
be transferrable upon sale or merger of the company, upon approval of IA&B.
3. Authorization
I consent to the receipt of e-mails and other correspondence sent to my office and additional locations from IA&B and
IA&B Service Group. I have the right to opt out of receiving emails at any time. I certify that I have the authority to
provide such consent on behalf of my organization.
4. Use of IA&B Membership List
IA&B will license to you the contents of its Member List only if you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in
IA&B’s non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license agreement.
Please read this license agreement carefully. You will be required to acknowledge your acceptance of it prior to
receiving the IA&B Member List. By accepting this license agreement, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the
following terms and conditions:
This Membership List shall be used for informational purposes only, and may be used only pursuant to the terms of this
license agreement. This Membership List and the contents hereof are proprietary products of IA&B. The contents of this
Membership List may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied or disseminated. This Membership List represents
only that these companies, organizations, institutions, or individuals are members in good standing of IA&B; it does not
represent their consent to receive any marketing or related communications. By making available this Member List to you,
IA&B in no way creates an endorsement of you to IA&B members, and IA&B makes no representations, warranties or
guarantees as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the products or services provided by you. IA&B expressly disclaims
all liability for damages of any kind arising out of your use of this Member List.
